People who have obesity are also more possible to experience bias, discrimination, and lop quality of life (King, 2013). Numerous strategies have been proposed to distinguish obesity. Energy intake plays a key role in managing obesity and weight loss. Some people opt to immerse one or two meals per day which may not be a hale way of losing weight. Breakfast is often said to be the most key meal of the day. Eating a good breakfast can reduce the total aptitude, carbohydrate, and fat ingested over a long day, which a qualified healthy breakfast can be conducive to change the arrogate size ingested at lunch and dinner in order to bring down off calories (De Castro, 2007).
